By accessing the website at Chronos Capture Academy, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws, and regulations. Do you agree that you are responsible for compliance with any local New York laws? If you don't agree with any of these terms, you're prohibited from using this site.

Cancellations
Cancellations for our photo walks must be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund. We're firm on this to ensure fair opportunities for all students.
Intellectual Property
Students retain 100% ownership of photos taken during courses. However, Chronos Capture Academy course materials remain our exclusive property.
Liability
While we prioritize safety during New York photo walks, Chronos Capture Academy isn't liable for personal equipment damage during our sessions.
Detailed Policy Framework
We believe in transparency. Our mentor programs require a minimum commitment of 3 months to see real progress in your portfolio development. Have you considered the time commitment required for post-processing homework? It's vital for your growth.
For our digital photography courses, access to the online portal is granted for 12 months from the date of purchase. We don't allow account sharing. Why? Because personalized mentoring depends on tracking your unique progress through the curriculum.
Regarding equipment reviews: Our opinions are our own. We're not paid by manufacturers to provide positive feedback. We provide links for your convenience, but we're not responsible for any purchases made through third-party retailers.
